Hello Peter my name is Unathi Tshafuza on the 02/10/2022 I bought a cellphone at Cellucity East London using Payjoy I paid r1800.00 deposit and r981.00 first installment on the same day,I paid second installment of r981.00 on the 30/10/2022.On the 03/11/2022 I tried to change my password the cellphone blocked I took it to Cellucity they told me they gonna take it to Vodacom for repairs,at Vodacom they couldn't open it because of the Payjoy app that was installed in the cellphone then Vodacom took the phone back to Cellucity for them to remove the payjoy app, I waited for about 3 weeks after 3 weeks I went back to Cellucity they kept telling me stories i went there about 5 times,on the 5th week I called them at Cellucity they told me they sent the cellphone to Cape town for repairs I went there again on the 05/12/2022 they told me that they can't open the cellphone and payjoy is not gonna refund me or give me another cellphone unless I pay r3000 to replace the mega board.please help me I've been very patient with these people and they didn't tell me that I shouldn't change my password it's gonna block,I'm very frustrated because I don't understand this I already spent a lot of money if they can't give me another cellphone they must give me my money back.Thank you
