Avoid Melrose Arch Store

I recently had the misfortune of doing my upgrade at the Melrose Arch store, While the says assistant tried her best it was clear that she was not given approriatre training on the handsets and as a result I was given the incorrect advise. The more concerning issue was that the Airpods purchased from this store were second hand and sold as new evident by the fact taht thye already had another name, upon exchganging them the second pair are not working and the manger has rudely dealt with the issue and it is still not resolved and simply said I signed the contract and its my problem now.
