Accused us of lying

I went shopping for a cellphone battery. Cellucity said that they will be able to fit a battery for my huawei p20 pro phone. Tje problem is that they do not have it in stock. They quoted me R475 fot the new battery. We immediately said that it was good they can order the battery. After 3 weeks nobody phoned us to inform us of how far the process was. I went there they said that the battery is on its way. On week 4 I went there the battery arrived. We were very happy. We told them that the amount is R475 as quoted by the staff member. No they said the battery is +-R567. The R475 was what they quod us. The staff member denied that he gave us that quote. I had a wittness and they made us out as liers. Will never shop there again.
