Last year we purchased a brand new iPhone11 from Cellucity The Grove Mall back on the 30th of October 2023. After a month of having the phone, the device was booked in for repairs in December of 2023. We we given this massive run around saying that the phone is almost fixed, to they are battling to unlock the device. After two months, we went to the store on the 3rd of February 2024. We were asked if this was a refurbished device or brand new. When we said brand new, they called the repair office. After asking what the status and we were informed that the device has been fixed and will be contacted on Monday but no call at all. Come Wednesday, we get the call to collect the device and to our surprise, the device was NOT repaired. With my son using this device only for one month while it is currently still under the 1 year warranty, we told that there is nothing else we can do. How can a brand new device just stop working after a month of it being used? Could Cellucity not get back to us sooner and not keep the device for two month without it being repaired? My son lost his 11K savings for purchasing a "Brand New" device that only worked for a month. Could Cellucity please provide us with an answer for selling a faulty device?
