2 weeks old Samsung S7 with sound problems......

<p>I have bought a S7 about 2 to 3 weeks ago and already it is giving problems... when checking the internet i find that countless people is having this problem. When i watch videos or even take videos, listen to music,voicenote or even go to ringtones...the sound goes away completely.. i do not want this fone booked in as its a common problem n within 6months of CPA.. could i please get this sorted ASAP..waiting 4 a call.</p>
