14days??

Went in on a Sunday only to be told that the manager who does not work on a Sunday is the only one who can do a refund. Manager then says that I need to fill out a form and that it will take 14days for the refund to go through. Why couldn't the form be filled out on the Sunday then? Waste of time and bull**** company.
