Worst service an excessive excess

The excess was moved up to 15% without our concern the phone is insured at a certain value but I am expected to take a phone of lower value because it was my previous phone they do contract changes without letting us know or notifying us they are currently in breach of contract and if this does not get sorted out soon I will escalate this to my lawyers and sue this company. If I am paying a premium for a 7 thousand rand phone i expect a phone of that value back. at the stated excess of 10%
