What a nightmare!

I insured 2 of my cellphones with cellsure.My cellphones were ****** about a week ago and I have been paying insurance for over 4 years. I have been trying to contact them everyday for a week now with no luck. It's either their number does'nt go through or their emails are not responded to. I need this sorted out before I can look for an insurance company that actually values my money
