Vodacom staff shouts at their clients when they worry

Vodacom are theives. My phone broke months ago and till today my phone is still broken. I have been to the repair shop 7 times and everytime they give me a broken phone back. It seams the use the part from broken insurance phones and put them together and sell them as new phones. I have the voice recordings where they promised me a new phone if I pay a R 400. They gave me my same phone back still broken. Achmat said weeks ago he will make sure I get my new phone them gave me a broken phone back. When I phoned to complaint he shouted at me. Utterly disguisting to treat customers like this and then run off with their money. Now I am sitting with a broken phone and Achmat's excuse was its because I used the camera. They did not tell me that I am not suppose to use the camera what type of ***** it this? Where is my money? How do you treat people like this and I have been returning to the store for months and everytime my phone is broken. This ridiculous!! Since when does Vodacom's staff when they have a bad day scream at their customers?? While they are helping you they talk and shout amongst each other about lunch chiprolls. Disguisting service!!! And everytime they tell when they dont know what say I must book the phone in but they keep giving me the phone back broken then shout at me when I am uspet! When you ask questions all they know what to answer is " Its out of our hands. " I HAVE BEEN BACK 7 TIMES !!!!!!!!! Rude and vulgar Vodacom terrible service and terrible people working for them!!

And now the phoned the phone keeps restarting or rebooting by itself. This was a second hand phone from another client they patched up and sold to me as a new phone. Utter disguist and from a large company called Vodacom selling second hand phones off as new phones. I have it all on voice recording where they said it was suppose to be a new phone and afterwards they could not find a phone as it was discontinued they made me pay R 400 for a phone they supposably found a new one and it was being imported they sold a second hand phone off to me as a new one. The worst people to work with and the biggest ****** and they ran of with another R 400 of mine. I dont know if the money was for vodacom because they refused to give me a slip !

When I asked for a slip Achmat was going to email it to me. He is a ***** with the worst customer service I am utterly disguisted and will make this know to everyone how I was ****** out of my phone and out of my hard earned cash!!

My money was taken and because I was refused a slip I am convinced the money went into their pockets! ******!
