Vodacom Cellsure wont pay out our claim

<p>we submitted a claim at cellsure on the 5th January and when i called on the 9th/10th we were told EVERYTHING WAS FINE except that we need to pay arrears ( i spoke to LENNOX). Arrears were paid on the 11th and the girl who assisted me that day said we can go fetch the laptop as soon as the arrears reflect. today i call in and spoke to some girl that told me there was things missing and what not and i told her theres no way becaus LENNOX said all that was missing was the arrears to be paid. Furthermore, i told her that the lady that helped on wednesday also agreed with this after confirming with her manager. this is when the lady from today transfered me to LENNOX. now LAENNOX told me that he did not look at the form when i initially called (when he told me all he needed was the arears to be paid) </p> <p> </p> <p>what annoys me the most is that this form was completed at a vodacom shop and was sent to cellsure by a vodacom employee INDRAVIN ANIEL DAYLIN MORGAN to ********** SHELLEY WHITTAKER FROM CELLSURE, FRANCINAH NAKEDI FROM CELLSURE. now are you telling me no one saw that the form was not complete fully? </p> <p>can someone please attend to this, i need this laptop no later that today. i will make vodacom small, trust me</p> <p> </p> <p>the number we claimed on is ********** 84</p>
