Vodacom and Cellsure GATVOL Customer!!!

I am gatvol of Vodacom and cellsure now as I am waiting 5 months for a claim now Vodacom passes the buck to cellsure then cellsure passes it back to Vodacom. I need this issue resolved ASAP as I am paying for something that I do not have.
