Very Bad Service experienced since last Month

Cellsure's Contact Number ********** has not been working for quiet a long time & it is difficult to get hold of them to follow up on a claim as they do not respond to emails. Ever since I made a claim on a ****** cellphone, I have not been able to get my claim resolved as they are claiming that my insurance was cancelled in 2017 yet I have never requested for a cancellation & I was & still being billed & invoiced every month for the premium up to now. Cellsure has failed to provide me with proof of the request or instruction to cancel the cover & the explanation of where my premiums payments have been paid to up to now. I have done numerous follow ups by email on the progress feedback but no response. This is very bad service & I would not recommend anyone to take up an insurance cover with Cellsure. My next move is to lodge a complaint, against Celllsure about this matter, with the Ombusdman .
