Values on cell phone

I have been paying my insurance by debit order with my Vodacom cell phone contract . However when my phone went missing . Vodacom retail was out of stock months on the replacement S4 mini. the market replacement being the A3 was the next option , I was initially told that I would need to pay in R1200 for the unit plus a R400 excess. Due to the fact that Vodacom could no longer supply S4 as the unit then became discontinued I think that it is ridiculous service delivery. This is also misrepresentation , the A3 clearly falls with my insurance bracket, as per my Vodacom TAX Invoice . Why does Vodacom partner with such a poor insurance provider ? They are covering products and replacing the lost or ****** unit with inferior products. DO NOT take up INSURANCE WITH CELLSURE VIA YOUR VODACOM CONTRACT. THEY GIVE YOU CHEAPER MERCHANDISE ... also Ingrid the manager avoids all phone calls AND does not respond to emails. Sadly This is more that I expected from Vodacom.
