unreliable dont care attitude

I bought a cell phone on line and it was delivered. I was given a number by cellc to call the very same day to ask for insurance, they took all my details and promised to come back to me and the never di .I tried to call , email and even sms they only cameback to me after a month and now the phone is ****** I have to pay half the cellphone cost because they accuse me of having joined insurance after a month which was deliberate from their site. they don't care and unfortunately cell c is going down with them .
