unprofessional and GREEDY!

I have been left frustrated, miserable and without a phone by vodacom insurance (CELLSURE) for over 3WEEKS.<br> my damaged iphone 5s was supposed to be replaced but due to the fact that 5s have been discontinued they assured me that my phone needs to be replaced with a similar phone. according to them, without any authority or contractual backing, they insist on furnishing me with a iphone 6, which phone is also not available in all the vodacom outlets in Rustenburg.<br> The only phone available from all the vodacom outlets is a 6s, which they refuse to furnish me with. their refusal being unreasonable because:<br> 1. the difference between the 6 and 6s is a R1100. so in essence they refusing to satisfy a customer over R1100. im covered for R15K according to them and the 6 is R 11 800 and the 6s being R12 900. GREED!<br> 2. Cellsure insists on me waiting 2 week which i have and still no phone has been furnished. Allister promised to escalate the matter and shall revert to me with an answer. still i wait. UNPROFESSIONAL!<br> 3. I am of the view that since my phone was a 5s, a 6S would qualify as a similar phone and not a 6. the emphasism or rather the similarity is on the S. replace a S with S.
