Unpaid claim by Cellsure (Pty) Ltd

<p>I took out insurance through Autopage for my Galaxy Note 5 in November'15 and Cellsure (Pty) Ltd are the underwriters.</p> <p>Vodacom took over Autopage at the beginning of this year.</p> <p>I ported my number to CellC in May this year but I have kept my Vodacom contract and 'Phone Insurance - 15000' running since then.</p> <p>My phone was ****** in August and when I put the claim in through Vodacom, Cellsure advised me that the insurance for my number, ********** 5**, was last billed in May when i ported to CellC.</p> <p>Unbeknown to me, in May, when I ported to CellC, Vodacom changed the 'Cell Number' on my invoice from my cell number ********** 5** to ********** 932, I have never owned this number. All other details on the invoice remain unchanged.</p> <p>I have submitted all the relevant invoices and statements to indicate that I have been paying for 'Phone Insurance - 15000' to Cellsure but they are rejecting the claim due to the fact that Vodacom changed the 'Cell Number' on my invoices.</p>
