They denied my claim without any logical reason

I have had the worst experience. I called to confirm my cellphone clain to be fixed would be approved. The consultant was rude and not helpful and flat out told me claimed denied without understanding what my reasons were. My phone went in for repairs in August 2015 as I went overseas when I got back it still was not fixed and now they saying I must provide proof of my passport!!
