SERCURITY BREACH

i just got off the phone with Nomhle from CELLSURE. After i got a sms that my Vodacom insurance was cancelled with immediate effect. Nomhle told me this was sent in error and my insurance is still in tact, i requested her to send me proof (email) while i was on the call with her she said this isn't possible. she said she needs to type this email out. felt this was absurd and feel that i am not covered over the weekend, <br> <br> i didn't authorize this. this is a security breach on my account. And its 6pm now and still no email from the agent. and guess what as i was typing this a second sms came through for a different handset of mine that this is also cancelled. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!
