I am appaled and completely disguised about the ridiculous excess I had to pay to replace my phone.<br> <br> Vodafone made me pay R 2201.90 for my replacement phone when my insurance agreement stated only 10% of the phone value is payable.<br> <br> So please explain to me how it is possible to pay R 2201.90 for a phone valued at R 9000.00??<br> <br> I expect this to be rectified and the difference to be paid back into my account or I will take this legal as it is a complete breach of contract.<br> <br> I await your prompt response.
