rejection

Hi I reported one of my vodacom contract phones ****** and put a claim in at celsure they rejected my claim every time I ask why they tell me a different story.1st it was because that line made a call last on 3d July.my wife only do internet on the phone.2nd time they said that there was another number in my wife's phone and last they told us that her number is in another phone.
