Refuses terms and conditions signed for

I signed for Insurance for a phone at Autopage, there was a merger and my insurance disappeared, I have got proof and more proof. CellSure refuses to keep to the terms and conditions of Autopage and wants me to sign for a 40% esses fee, on a new phone? They say its a Autopage problem which has now closed down. <br>
