Professional profiteers

I have sent letters to cellsure to move my cellphone cover to a lower band because my phones value has now depreciated and I get no response from them, they insist on keeping me the R5000 - R7000 band. I have told them telephonically and via email that I want to be put on the lower band R3000 - R5000 and pay the difference in if something should happen, however cellsure is ******ing me into paying this higher premium. They should be reported to the OMBUDSMAN for such business practice.
