Poor Service - Unecceptable

<p>We bought a samsung S7 on saturday 15 Oct from a cellphone shop. This was a demo phone, now they are NOT allowed to insure this phone because this phone was used previously.</p> <p> </p> <p>To us this is a new phone. We start using this phone on saturday. Why de hell cant they insure this phone from saturday under our name. Do they think we will buy a damaged phone? </p> <p> </p> <p>This is so unfair to the customer....</p>
