Pathetic services

I have a Cellphone Contract with the phone for the past Two years now . I have been using two number on the phone . However money have been deducted with out fail . On the 14th My phone was ****** and gun and knife point . I have send a claim through for the phone . I was told that my claim was deducted "' Was unsuccessful due to comments below, What does the Sim details have to do with the phone being ****** ?
