Pathetic Service

<p>Im writer this with utter desperation,my phone was damaged and logged a claim with vodacom insurance and it was approved.However they did not have my favourite device in stock.I was then promised that they will either source it from one of their suppliers. Micheal from cellsure contacted to advise that they are struggling find HTC from their suppliers.He gave an option to take any other device, which I refused as I have been using Htc for almost 10 years.I was getting frustrated as the matter was prolonging and called Cellsure insurance on the19th of May 2016 and got hold of Nicole from the claims department and I explained my situation to her and of which she promised to give me positive feedback after liaising with her line manager Eunice/Allistair.The promise was never kept and till today , Im still waiting for her to call me to give feedback regarding the discussion with her Manager.Vodacom insurance wants me to pay or buy my replacement phone and they will then reimburse me later.Thats the reason we are taking insurance to have a hassle free claim process and to put be put back in the same position that your prior to a loss.Im going to refer this matter tothe Ombuds incasase my case is not resolved to my satisfatction</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Teboho Maphela</p> <p>Email : ***</p> <p>Tel ***</p>
