No service with regards to my insurance replaceme

Please get this sorted out soonest,I have had it with you lot,please get someone in a senior position to contact me ASAP, I have been calling on and of since Monday 14 Dec and still haven't heard a word,I have spend more than 4 hours on different calls trying to reach you,I eventually got trough to your switchboard and the took my number and promised that you would call back,it's now day 3 and I'm still waiting.<br> <br> <br> I made several calls again yesterday from my fone and Vodacom shop at the Menlyn Mall and still nothing,you should not be advertising that your claims are sorted before any other insurance company has done so if it's not the truth,Im very bitter at this point,I can't even complain about your \service because there simply isn't any to complain about.<br> <br> <br> Please get back to me soonest as I have now escalated this matter to Hello [URL Removed]<br> "
