No response from Cellsure

I handed my device into a Cell C branch on the 25th January 2018 as the screen was cracked. My contract ended about 2.5 years ago but I kept the insurance and have been paying almost 5 years for the phone's insurance.

I am however as at today 18 May still waiting for them to return my device, (hopefully fixed and no charge) due to the fact that I have paid way over the amount in monthly debit order's over the years and which they are still deducting.
