no consent

my debit order for my vodacom account went off on Saturday, but with +- R400 more than every other month,<br> with a lot of frustration 2 phone calls later i eventually got through 1h 45min later, so now the lady on the other side says the insurance is R299 so now i ask you where did they get the right to deduct money from my account??? if i am not mistaking that is *****, why would i take insurance out on one phone at 2 different companies? and why did it not do the same at the end of December? i want this sorted out immediately you are giving me a bad name at the bank if all my debit orders did not go off. i did not take insurance on my i phone S6 because i already had it on my other insurance. i don't know why one must pay your ass off for what? nothing but bad service and a bunch of dishonest people. <br> please come back to me with a solution asap
