No communication

So I upgraded my phone and was advised by Vodacom to send an email to cellsure to insure my phone. I completed all documentation and sent it off. In spite of numerous follow-ups I received absolutely no reply. It is two months later now and I still do not know if my phone is insured. How useless is this?
