Insurance not living up to the promise

I have a cellphone insurance with them and i put in a claim and it was approved but the cellphone is not on stock the nearest phone to my maximum claim is R3620. 00 and my maximum amount of claim is R3225. 00 and my excess to pay was R325. 00 i wanted to pay the excess fee plus the different so that i could have a phone now i must wait for the order to come without the phone to me it's a bit unfair they want me to pay R1600 while the different is about R400. 00
