Insurance *****

I upgraded to the IPhone 6 and I was told that I was insured for R15000 , and when my phone got lost, I urgently put in a claim and when the claim was approved, I went to Vodacom fourways mall and they didn't have Iphones or Samsungs within that bracket.

I then took an LG Q6 and a few weeks ago my phone got ****** and I followed all the procedures and put in another claim. that was approved, I went to the Vodashop in Fourways to get an Iphone which falls below the bracket of R15000. and we called cellsure and they told me that I am covered for R5000 which the premium is R79, yet I have been billed R181+-. The consultant admitted to me being over billed and this has been happening for a very long time.

Personally I think that Cellsure are not trust worthy and very *********. When is this going to end?
