insurance claim

on 12 January 2018I submitted a cellphone claim at Vodacom in BHISHO because of crack , the is no communication or feedback about my phone I had to do a follow up every day. on the 05 March 2018 when I call them to check how far they told me that they approved and I paid the access on the 06 March 2018 until now there is no respond or feedback and since then do not have phone in my hands
