HORRIBLE INSURANCE EVER

horrible service they do not read out or highlight the key words , I tried to claim but all the process was just so hard and was not please with all the outcomes , at first the access was thousand something , then goes up to 3 thousand 7 hundred then 4 thousand and 50rand ,where is the loyalty and honesty at last , I was told i will be charged double access because my claim is still under probation i was never told about that , i will never encourage anyone to use vodacom insurance ,
