Failure to refund premium

I cancelled my cell phone insurance on 22 August 2017. The premium is usually deducted on 15 of the month. The lady on the phone said I should call back on 14th of September to confirm cancellation (?) Anyway, premium of R295 was deducted on 15 of September 2017 and since then I have called 4 times and each time a different story. I was told today that even if I cancelled on 22 August my premium for September was still due... This is ****************, I have had to pay a premium with my new insurer and also with Cellsure. Today I was told to wait for October statement and see if refund occurs there, if not then a manual payout will be made. I cannot believe this company is a *******.
