Do Cellsure ever respond

<p>No reply ever received from Cellsure. What will happen in the event of a claim ? I cannot prove that my phone is insured as nobody is prepared to commit themselves in writing. I really wish that I had decided to go with my own insurer. Cellsure seem to be renowned for bad service of this sort - judging by comments on this site !!</p> <p>Good Morning </p> <p>I am rather concerned that I have not yet received anything in writing confirming insurance cover. I did speak to someone called Nomka (or something similar to that) at 4.50pm on Friday 7th July 2017 - shortly after emailing the completed forms to you. I wanted to speak to Micky with whom I had previously spoken but was told that she had already left for the weekend. Nomka, however, said that the forms had been received and that she assured me that she would send an email immediately confirming this receipt as well as confirmation of commencement of cover.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can understand my concern seeing as the cellphone is very expensive and that, so far, we have no written proof that is covered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your urgent response is awaited.</p> <p> </p>
