Disgusting service / Useless insurance company!

I have been insured by Vodacom`s insurance company for around 2 years now. My tablet as well as a few other items were ****** from my car due to a case of signal jamming. When I made the claim for my tablet, I was told that a consultant would be in touch with me within 24 hours, NO SUCH LUCK! Eventually I decided to get in touch with them. After being on hold for well over half an hour, I got through to a consultant who then told me that my claim had been rejected due to it being a case of signal jamming. I have read through the terms and conditions on there website and nowhere is it mentioned that a case of signal jamming would not be covered. I had also taken out a new policy for my cellphone about a week prior to this incident and not once did the consultant I spoke to mention this gap in the cover. i then asked to speak to a supervisor which was when I was put in touch with a woman named Ingrid. After speaking to her for a couple of minutes my call was cut off. when I tried to get in touch with her again, I was hung up on immediately. Every attempt I have made to contact her since has been unsuccessful. I find it disgusting that nobody from Cellsure is willing to talk to me.
