DE*****ED BY CELLSURE

<p>I went to a vodashop in Mafikeng last year around May and completed a form to cancel my cellphone insurence.I was told that it will be cancelled but in January i realised that it was never cancelled. I called Vodacom and asked them why my insurance was not cancelled but could not be given an answer, I asked that it be cancelled again. I completed another form and received an email form Felicity May on the 26th of February 2016 confirming that the insurance was cancelled. I checked my invoice and statement at the end of March and realised that I was still paying for the insurance, I called and weas told I will be refunded and that never happedned. On Wednesday i checked my invoice for the month of June and realised that I am still paying for this stupid insurance. I am so tired of Cellsure, I want all of my money back from May 2015 and I dont want stories or I will take this to the consumer ombudsman.</p>
