Damage claim

I first took my phone in for repairs for a cracked screen. Cellsure only pays claims for repair work done by Apple Doctor. When I got my phone back from Apple Doctor the microphone was no longer working, this was after Apple Doctor supposedly ran diagnostics on my phone & said that everything was in working order. I then took my phone back to Apple Doctor to have the microphone repaired. When I got the phone back the microphone was still broken even though they had 'tested' the phone. I then took my phone back to Apple Doctor, they managed to fix the microphone but my camera no longer works! This was after Apple Doctor supposedly ran diagnostics on my phone & said that everything was in working order. <br> I now want to either get a new phone as Apple Doctor is not capable of fixing of my phone or to have my phone fixed by Ifix. Cellsure is now saying I have to pay an excess of over R2000 to get a new phone. I feel this is not fair as Apple Doctor caused the damages to my phone. Apple Doctor is an authorised supplier of Cellsure. Cellsure forces customers to use Apple Doctor and then when Apple Doctor causes damages to the phone I have to pay a big excess to get a new phone.
