claims not really done

<p>I had a mishap in October with my new phone that I got as an upgrade last year it broke sweet its insured okay sent it in for repair and whala its not under my insurance okay pay it cash no problem only R 1200.00 so lesson learned so I made sure its insured so phoned c sure they informed me that I have to compete a form I asked them to fax it .</p> <p>Okay done as asked in December it got ****** once again informed that its not insured so after all fights I settled with a phone that is half the price and made sure every time I got to Vodacom in covered now my wife's phone got damaged sent it for repairs was told its UN repairable so they will write it off no prob insurance claim today I was told that I was only insured for a BlackBerry 9320 and the phone I sent for repair was a BlackBerry 9720 and I'm offered a cheaper phone once again this is it I won't settle for somethin less again repai or replace ........thank U </p>
