Cellsure not reliable.

I have insurance with cellsure and submitted my claim already, but vodacom could almost not find any device for the payout price they offer. It took me ages to find a device to replace mine. Now, for a week vodacom and me have been trying to contact them to do the claim, but they simply do not answer their phones. The claim period is almost up and im getting NO answers.
