cellsure just dont answer at all

I took out insurance with cell sure to have cover on my devices.<br> I never had any claim with them at all.<br> Now that I have a claim they are ducking and diving.<br> I need my ****** devices replaced urgently, but they can not see the urgency in this regard.<br> The two numbers involved is are <br> ***<br> ***<br> I spoke to Gwen. now nobody knows nothing.<br> My Santam policy already paid out.<br> cellsure guarentees that they settles their claims long before any other insurance companies, now that is just false advertising.
