Cellsure - I think not!!
I have insurance with Cellsure for one handset. (The second is with my personal insurance) When i got my Iphone 6 i asked the operator for someone to phone me with regards to insurance. This never took place. I only got a mail to say your insurance were activated. Never spoke to anybody to explain the exclusions or terms.

As per normal insurance i can give my old handset to my son and this would still be covered. My friends did warn me to say don't use Cellsure as they had issues with them in the past. Surprise surprise. I phoned to claim and they informed me the claim will not be paid as i gave my Iphone 6 to my wife and i took her upgrade of the Iphone 6s.

I then asked them for the recording where this was explained to me in which they said i must phone Vodacom. They don't have these records. Adding to that i phoned twice to speak to a manager where i was told no manager is available. I feel that this company being associated with Vodacom will force me to change to another network. I have three contract lines and two pre paid numbers. total spend of R4000 p/m.

I see till today Cellsure will deduct the money month end. What a joke!!
