Cellsure doesnt pay out

PLEASE DO NOT INSURE WITH CELLSURE !!!! They are full of excuses and if you don't have the correct documentation you are ****ed and they will **** you over. I sent through a fax application to insure my Samsung S6 dated 29/06/2015 in which i had not further correspondence or follow up. Then the phone was ****** about the 01 September 2015 i handed in a claim form with SAPS affidavit sworn under oath (this means nothing to them) that my phone was indeed ****** out my bag. Now they want proof that i faxed the application which i dont have nor do i keep. All i can say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE FULL OF EXCUSES AND WILL NOT PAY YOU OUT. THEY DO not CARE ABOUT THE PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL LIKE YOU OR ME AND WILL SIMPLY **** US OVER. USE ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY AND DONT BE TAKEN FOR A FOOL LIKE I WAS
