CELLPHONE INSURANCE TAKEN OUT-REFUSAL TO PAY CLAIM
I took out a cellphone contract with Vodacom in July 2015 for a Galaxy J1 Smartphone, I already had an existing contract with Vodocom and the cellphone contract in question was an upgrade on a previous contract.
The cellphone in question was delivered to my home by Chatz at Brigh****er Commons in Randburg. I knew I had insurance on the previous phone pertaining to this upgrade and renewed the contract with Cellsure to cover the Galaxy J1. I am still paying for this top up contract.

I gave this phone to my son and he put his own Vodacom sim card into the phone.

The phone was ****** on 30/10/2015 in Middelburg when he was there on business out of his car.

I blocked this phone on the cell phone no used by my son on the same day and after numerous calls to Cell sure I was told that they could not pay out because the phone was used with a different sim card than the one on the original contract. At no time was I told about this condition and they cannot prove that I agreed to this.
They claim they have a voice recording, which I am still awaiting evidence of. I honestly feel that these insurance providers will look for any loophole not to pay out on a claim.
