Cell Sure by Vodacom: Bad Service

Bad Service All Round. When calling wait for +- 30 mins on line to get hold of someone. When talking to a consultant they put you on hold, the phone goes silent & gets cut off. Its 1 week & still waiting for them to process a claim. Having issues with the so called supervisor who doesn't seem to listen to clients concerns & process the claim speedy.
