Can't get hold of Cellsure insurance company

Good day, our cellphones are insured with Cellsure. My cell was ****** and I have been trying to get hold of them via email and the only phone number just doesn't exist or simply doesn't even ring. Please can someone let me know how to get hold of them as I do not have a proper working phone. And we pay monthly fees to this insurer.
