Bad service they rob people

<p>I took an insurance with Vodacom and was affered a cover for up to R12000 , should anything happen to my phone being lost or damaged. My Phone Cracked the screen I took it to Vodacom at Fourways mall wrere I submited my claim for my phone to be repaired under the impresion that I was covered for R12000. I got a qoute saying the cost to fix the phone will be R3759.31. later the insurance called me that I ust pay the access fee of R750.00 . When they offered the insurance to me they said am covered . I asked the insutance to pull out the call for when they offered me the insurance even now I have not received it. I did an honest claim than people who do fauls claims vodacom insurance rob people</p>
