Bad service from cellsure

My iphone six broke and when I tried to claim they came with a story that my sim is not in that phone anymore. So I explaind to them that my iphone six is broken so I used my other phone seeing that we stay on a farm far from the city and I needed a phone now because I needed a phone and switched my sim to a other phone while I made a plan to go to the city they dont want to replace my phone but I paid for insurence that does not want to fix or replace my phone its not fair!
