bad service

<p>I have an insurance with cell c under Finrite</p> <p>I claimed a lost phone and it was approved i paid access fee and i had to wait for two days to be told what phones are available was promised by two consultants to be called back but never came back to me and one consultant put me on hold for 30 min I must say their service is bad and disgusting who puts a client on hold for 30mionutes.</p> <p> </p>
