Bad Custormer service

<p>I have a query regarding this insurance, a lady in Jan 2016 called me to cover my 2 cellphones, upon checking my deductions I realised I was paying R129 and R99 but upon my teleconversation she said I will pay R85 is for both cellphone but now upon checking the policy shedule it only says one number.<br />I would like a thorough investigation to be done and recordings pulled to ascertain what was said in the conversation.<br />I didnt agree to this over the phone so I cant be paying for something I didnt agree to paying.<br />Please insure that you investigate thouroughly as this is false advertising and I was sold insurance under false information and would thus like my refunds.<br />I just spoke to Matshidiso Maya who was very reluctant in investigating anything and told me that there is no way that was done and then to Mercia who was also reluctant but later on decided to investigate. I am utterly dissatisfied of how these 2 people handled my request as well.</p>
